A PASSENGER on the downed Ukrainian plane “knew” the aircraft would crash, according to her husband.
Sheyda Shadkhoo was worried about war after US President Donald Trump ordered the killing of a top Iranian general last week and she begged her spouse for reassurance via WhatsApp twenty minutes before takeoff.

She had taken three weeks off from her job in Toronto to visit her mother and sisters in Tehran when she was killed.
Holding up an Instagram post his wife shared before leaving Iran, Hassan Shadkhoo told CBC News: “She knew. Look at her face, look at the poem that she wrote.
He read her words: “I’m leaving but what’s behind me worries me.
“I’m scared for the people behind me.”
Hassan Shadkhoo said he is devastated and can’t imagine life without his wife of ten years.
He said: “She was an angel.
She knew. Look at her face, look at the poem that she wrote
“I wish I didn’t exist right now.”
The Kiev-bound Ukraine International Airlines flight crashed in Tehran minutes after takeoff, killing all 176 people aboard.
Chilling footage has emerged showing the moment the plane was shot down by two Iranian missiles.
The Boeing 737-800 came down hours after Iran launched a barrage of rockets against US targets in Iraq – leading to fears jittery air defence troops targeted the plane by mistake.
Satellite data detected two surface-to-air missiles being launched just minutes after the Boeing 737 took off, the US government says.
And new video shows at least one of the rockets streaking across the night sky in Tehran – before the jet explodes in a fireball killing all 176 people on board.
Analysis of the footage shows the explosion took place near the last known position of the Ukraine International Airlines plane over Parand, southwest of Tehran, at 6.14am on Tuesday.
It shows a bright object moving through the sky before apparently colliding with another object mid-air, causing an explosion.
A brighter streak is seen moving in a different direction – believed to be the flaming wreck of the plane after impact.
An earlier video taken from the security camera on a house shows a huge explosion on the ground and debris flying past the camera.
After US spies told him the plane was shot down, Donald Trump said tonight: “Somebody could have made a mistake”.

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau and Britain’s Boris Johnson also said the intelligence points to Iranian surface-to-air rockets.
Pentagon and Iraqi officials had earlier said they believe the plane had been downed by a missile.
Reports said radar data showed two Russian-made SA-15 missiles – also known as Tor-M1 – were launched just before contact with the jet was lost.
The air tragedy came just hours after Tehran fired at least 15 ballistic missiles at two US bases in Iraq.
